Our fundraisers provide one-fourth of the income needed to meet our parish budget. One-third of the fundraisers profit comes from “Cash Extravaganza Sales”. We’ve reached the halfway point in the time frame for selling/buying the raffle tickets. 556 of the 667 books of tickets are distributed and $25,240 worth of tickets have been sold and turned in. All your help in making this fundraiser a success and doing God’s Work …Through Our Hands (supporting our parish endeavors) is greatly appreciated. Remember, 4000 tickets are printed and all must be sold to make the profit we need.

He sat down opposite the treasury and observed how the crowd put money into the treasury.  Many rich people put in large sums.  A poor widow also came and put in two small coins worth a few cents.  Calling his disciples to himself, he said to them, "Amen, I say to you, this poor widow put in more than all the other contributors to the treasury.  For they have all contributed from their surplus wealth, but she, from her poverty, has contributed all she had, her whole livelihood."  (Mark 12:41-44)
